Enhanced access

North Cotswold improved access appointments

Additional GP appointments are available from the following GP surgeries and Hospitals across the North Cotswolds.

These pre-bookable appointments can be made through the surgery and are available for patients registered with North Cotswold Practices at one of the following locations each weekday until 8pm and Saturday Mornings:

  • Stow Surgery
  • Chipping Campden Surgery
  • Westwoods Surgery, Northleach
  • Moore Health Centre, Bourton on the Water
  • North Cotswold Hospital, Moreton in Marsh

Weekend appointments will be available in other parts of the county.

Late evening appointments

These surgeries are popular with those who work out of the area and find it difficult to attend the surgery during normal opening hours. The surgery offers appointments until 8pm on Monday evenings.

If you need help when we are closed

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

You should use the NHS 111 service if you urgently need medical help or advice but it’s not a life-threatening situation.
Call 111 if:

  • you need medical help fast but it’s not a 999 emergency
  • you think you need to go to A&E or need another NHS urgent care service
  • you don’t know who to call or you don’t have a GP to call
  • you need health information or reassurance about what to do next

For less urgent health needs, contact the surgery or local pharmacist in the usual way.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
