On Sunday 7th September 2025 at 3pm, there will be a nationwide test of the UK’s emergency alert system.
West Mercia Women’s Aid have advised that this could pose a risk to those experiencing domestic abuse who may have a hidden phone.
If you have a hidden phone, please keep it switched off when not in use, or consider opting out of the alert system on that device.
