This new service has been commissioned by Gloucestershire County Council and is being delivered by Rethink Mental Illness.
The Helpline provides confidential and anonymous support for any adult living in Gloucestershire who would like help with their mental wellbeing.
Contact is by telephone, text and webchat every day of the year between 2pm and 9pm.
