99% of respondents of the recently published GP Patient Survey found the receptionists at the surgery helpful.

Our Receptionists work incredibly hard to try and meet patient expectations and we are very pleased that patients appreciate the lengths they go to to be helpful.

The Receptionist role has changed significantly over recent years. The team are now trained to provide some advice & guidance to patients, to recognise symptoms that require urgent attention, to signpost to other organisations who might provide more appropriate care and to give out information about test results and investigations.
